Settings route
All core system settings are managed in /admin/settings.
High-impact settings groups
- General: site identity and localization.
- Tickets: default priority, ticket rules, workflow controls.
- Email: notification behavior and sender configuration.
- File Upload: allowed types and size limits.
- Security: session and login protection parameters.
- Appearance: primary color, logo, favicon, custom CSS.
- Integrations: external service connectivity.
Change management recommendation
- Apply one settings group at a time.
- Validate in a test flow immediately.
- Document the reason and date for major changes.
