Yes. Keep categories or articles in draft by leaving Published disabled.
Can support agents access admin settings?
No. Settings and CMS management are admin-only routes.
Where should customers go for help?
Customers should use the dashboard ticket routes and published docs. Header navigation can direct them to key pages.
How should we structure documentation?
Group by user intent: getting started, customer actions, support operations, admin operations, and troubleshooting.
How often should docs be reviewed?
Review monthly and after every major workflow or route change.
